You must get lost before you can find yourself

Here, I’ll help you gently unearth the strength you tucked away long ago—your truest self, buried beneath others’ expectations and a shame that was never yours to carry.

You are suffering because your journey of transformation has begun

Anxiety, depression, loneliness, addiction, or feeling stuck often rise from deep wounds your younger self once hid to survive.

As children, we learn to protect our most tender parts. We build layers of strength and silence, meant to keep the world from touching what already hurts. They hold us—until life’s storms reveal their edges. In trying to stay safe, we add more and more armor, but what once helped us endure eventually distances us from others, and from ourselves. We begin to wonder: What’s wrong with me? Where did I lose my way?

But this ache, the unraveling, the questioning, is not your breaking.
It is your awakening.
The beginning of softening what hardened, of meeting yourself with compassion, of being witnessed and restored.

Your strength has never lived in the armor.
It lives in the quiet, enduring light within you, the self-healing force that has always been waiting to guide you home.

There is nothing wrong with you.
It is simply time.
Time to turn inward, let old defenses loosen, and step into the person you were always meant to become.

Hi there, I’m Sevil.

I’ve also experienced a lot of pain, going through the motions, unsure of what is missing or why everything still feels off. And at times, even finding it too hard to go through the motions at all, wondering, what’s even the point?

What helped me through was my deep curiosity about existence and the human experience. I’ve spent much of my life wondering why we’re here, what makes a meaningful life, and how we come to feel whole. That personal search not only guided me out of avoidance and numbing, and into a more vibrant life, one rooted in connection, meaning, and authenticity, but also led me to become the therapist I am today.

A therapist who knows firsthand the courage it takes to sit and meet the true self—someone intimately familiar with both the pain and the joy of transformation. This spirit of inquiry now lives in my work. It makes me an eager, fearless, and compassionate partner as we explore the landscape of your inner world together, at your pace.

In-person or Virtual Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a space to understand the deeper patterns shaping your emotions, relationships, choices, body, and sense of self. Drawing from psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic awareness, I support clients in exploring the roots of their struggles, healing wounded or protective parts, reconnecting with their inner and bodily experience, and creating more lasting change in how they relate to themselves, others, and their lives.

Couple Therapy

Couple therapy offers a space to understand the deeper patterns shaping conflict, distance, disconnection, and emotional reactivity in the relationship. Drawing from psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO), and somatic awareness, I support couples in moving beneath surface-level disagreements to better understand the emotions, protective parts, attachment needs, and relational cycles at play.

Together, we work toward clearer communication, deeper understanding, emotional safety, and more meaningful connection.
